Everything the tide brings in.
Frozen fish, shellfish and cephalopods from Australian waters, packed cold and ready for the freezer drawer.
Australian waters
Frozen at landing
Insulated packing
Tracked delivery
Shellfish, cephalopods, crab and crustaceans, plus fish and dried goods for the pantry.
We buy from boats and farms that land close to our packing room, then freeze the same day. It is a plain approach: fewer miles, fewer hands, and a product that still tastes of the water it came from.
The plain approach
Every hand a fish passes through costs a little quality. We keep the chain short: land, grade, freeze, pack. Four steps, and the last one is done the morning your order ships.
Most of what we sell is landed within a day of our packing room, not flown in from the other side of the world.
Insulated liners and gel packs sized for the delivery distance, so the last mile stays as cold as the first.
If a batch is a little smaller or a little paler than the photo, we tell you before it ships.
